Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbls Cayenne pepper
  • 2tbls Lemon and Black Pepper flakes
  • 1tlbs Garlic Salt
  • 1tbls Garlic Powder
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Spray glass bake pan with Pam spray
  3. Mix dry ingredients on large plate (except Lemon and Black Pepper)
  4. Mix eggs in a bowl
  5. Cut breasts into strips
  6. Dip Strips into egg mix
  7. Roll strip on plate of dry ingredients
  8. Press ingredients into meat with fork
  9. Repeat on all sides till chicken strip is covered
  10. Place all strips side by side in bake pan
