An awesome cheesey recipe. It is easy and serves as a main course, just add a veggie.

Ingredients
  • 3 c macaroni , uncooked
  • 3 c chicken, cooked & diced
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c margarine
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1-14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
  • 1-10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cook macaroni according package
  3. Combine cooked macaroni, cheese
  4. and diced chicken.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter, add flour to
  6. the butter and stir cream of chicken soup into
  7. the butter and flour mixture and stir until no
  8. lumps remain.
  9. Pour soup mixture over the macaroni and
  10. mix thoroughly
  11. Put into a greased 9 X 13 pyrex dish, bake for
  12. 20 - 30 min until heated through.
