Ingredients
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2-1 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. In saucepan, add juice and sugar
  3. Bring to boil over medium heat
  4. Cook until reduced to 1/2 cup
  5. Pour 1/2 glaze into small bowl and set aside
  6. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper
  7. Baste with half of glaze in pan
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until internal temp is 145
  9. Baste with remaining glaze in pan and cook another 5 minutes
  10. Remove from oven and baste with 1/2 glaze from bowl
  11. Serve with remaining glaze
