How to make it

  • Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves. Clean and chop green chillies. Peel and chop garlic. Chop paneer into big pieces. In a vessel take coriander leaves, mint leaves and add yogurt, salt, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder and lemon juice. Mix well and grind coarsely. Pour in little oil in the ground mixture and blend together. Add the paneer pieces and mix lightly. Marinate for half an hour. Place the marinated paneer pieces on skewers and cook in a preheated oven at high temperature. Serve hot.

    It sounds interesting, I would have to go to a specialty grocer to find the Paneer. The cottage cheese that we have available is nothing like the one you describe,
