How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in to a food processor. Blend to make a doughy and sticky like texture.
  • Form the doughy mixture into bite size shapes.
  • Powder with flour.
  • Fry in deep fryer at 300 degrees for about 5 minutes or golden brown.
  • Do not place on paper towels (see picture for crispiest results), sprinkle with season salt immediately after coming out of the fryer.
  • Server with cocktail sauce or tarter sauce.
