French Onion Soup

- 2 or 3 Large onions shopping list
- 3 TBSP butter/margarine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 4 cups beef broth shopping list
- 3 TBSP worcstershire sauce shopping list
- 3 beef boullion cubes shopping list
- 11/2 cups water shopping list
- 8 slices provolone or white American cheese shopping list
- sliced, spiced and toasted vienna bread shopping list
How to make it
- Slice onions and sautee until transluscent in butter/marg. add salt and pepper to taste
- After onions are done, add broth, worcestershire, boullion, and water and simmer for 15 mins.
- make individual servings in oven safe bowls at 350 degrees with cheese and toasted bread until cheese is golden brown on top
