Ingredients

1-medium onion(diced)

2-stalks celery diced)

1-bag green lentils(rinced)

1-can delmonte new potatoes whole (slice)

1-tspn ground cumin

2-tspn curry powder

water to cover

sea salt and fresh ground pepper

1-pkg ballpark beef franks(sliced in thin bite size pieces)

Directions

Saute onion and celery for 4 minutes on medium high add lentils,cover with water bring to a boil and simmer for 120 minutes.add salt and pepper and cumin and curry,last thirty minutes add hot dogs and new potatoes

this is good with wheat flour torteas
