How to make it

  • Boil keilbasa for 10 minutes
  • Remove from pot and let cool so you'll be able to handle them
  • Cut keilbasa into peices about the width of a piece of bacon
  • Cut pieces of bacon in half and wrap around keilbasa pieces
  • Stick holes into the sausage with a fork
  • Place sausage in 9x9 baking dish
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Melt honey and brown sugar together and bring to a boil
  • Pour honey and brown sugar over sausage
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Take out the sausage and increase the oven to 400
  • Transfer the sausage from the sugary soup onto a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil
  • Bake for 15 minutes
