Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine the cereal and oats in bowl
  • On the stove over medium heat mix the brown sugar and honey until boiling
  • Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
  • Return to heat and stir briefly
  • Quickly pour heated mixture over cereal and oat mixture and stir to combine.
  • Press mixture into 8X8 dish and allow to cool/harden as desired
  • Nutrition: Cal 88, Fat 2.4 g, Fiber 3 g

    There is no way these are 88 calories. Peanut butter is 1060, brown sugar 960, honey 380, oatmeal 300, cereal 180, chips 280, that's 197.5 per serving. Tastes great but calorie information is incorrect better off eating the real thing.

    I had it in an 8X8 and cut it into 16 pieces so 4 rows and 4 columns

    The recipe is great! Thanks for sharing it! Had one other question...how did you cut you bars....just wasn't sure how to slice it so that the nutrition facts work per piece....If you could let me know how you cut it up that would be great! Thanks!

    Hey! Great recipe! Had one question.. have you ever tried to freeze a batch?
    I was thinking of planning ahead and making a few batches and wrapping them in wax paper and then freezer bagging them. Just curious if you had ever tried...or if you think they could be frozen?
