Fiber One Cereal Bars Recipe
With a roomate on weight watchers, finding desserts/snacks like these that are slightly healthier but still get your sweet fix are great and this is definitely one of them!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups fiber 1 original cereal
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips(add more or less as desired)

Directions
  1. Combine the cereal and oats in bowl
  2. On the stove over medium heat mix the brown sugar and honey until boiling
  3. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
  4. Return to heat and stir briefly
  5. Quickly pour heated mixture over cereal and oat mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Press mixture into 8X8 dish and allow to cool/harden as desired
  7. Nutrition: Cal 88, Fat 2.4 g, Fiber 3 g
