Ingredients
  • 6 Lamb Chops 2" thick
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Melted Margarine
  • ! Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4 tsp minced galic
  • 1 cup dry bead crumbs
  • 1 beaten Egg

Directions
  1. Split Lamb Chop to the Bone
  2. Combine soft bread crumbs, melted margarine black pepper, onions & garlic
  3. Stuff lamb chops with bread mixture and press together tightly
  4. Dip each chop firstly into dry bread crumbs, then beaten egg and then in dry breadcrumbs again
  5. Arrange in a greased shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 F
