How to make it

  • Split Lamb Chop to the Bone
  • Combine soft bread crumbs, melted margarine black pepper, onions & garlic
  • Stuff lamb chops with bread mixture and press together tightly
  • Dip each chop firstly into dry bread crumbs, then beaten egg and then in dry breadcrumbs again
  • Arrange in a greased shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 F
