How to make it

  • Mixed together cream of mushroom soup, milk, tarragon, garlic powder,
  • black pepper, feta cheese, and grated hot pepper cheese.
  • Steam frozen veggies (to prevent excess water)
  • Toss veggies with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  • In a greased casserole dish, single layer the bottom with tots.
  • Pour half the sauce over the tots, layer on the veggies, then pour over the rest of the sauce.
  • For the top, slice the mushrooms and add with tots. Sprinkle with some grated hot pepper cheese and chopped fennel herb.
  • Bake on 400 for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until hot and tots are almost a golden brown
