How to make it

  • 1- You need to boil the pasta with some butter and salt. Once done wash with cold water so they don't stick together
  • 2- Cut the chicken into semi-thick slices and soak in 2 spoons soy sauce, 1 spoon seasoning, the lemon juice, garlic, and some salt, curry, & black pepper. Fridge until you're done with the veggies
  • 3- Cut all vegetables into thin slices and fry in a combination of butter and oil. Try to put in the ones that need more time to be cooked (onions, carrot, ..., mushrooms). And do not over cook, once they are a half cooked remove and put aside
  • 4- Use the same pan (preferably a good wok pan) to fry the chicken in butter and oil as well with its sauce
  • 5- Once the chicken looks brownish enough, add the vegetables. and remaining of the soy, seasoning, and Tabasco
  • 6- Boil some water (as little as 1/6 of a cup) then add the stock cube to melt it. Then add this and the cheese to the mix above while on still on fire. Do not over cook (not more than 10 mins)
  • 7- You can mix all with the pasta and cashews, or leave in different plates for people to mix.
