Spicy Chicken With Cashew Chinese

- 200 gms curled pasta (or any type you like) shopping list
- Two boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 medium sized onion shopping list
- 1 medium sized sweet green pepper (you can add colored peppers as well) shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- Some broccoli shopping list
- Some mushrooms shopping list
- Some asparagus (and any other veggies you like in Chinese) shopping list
- Some butter shopping list
- Some frying oil shopping list
- Some salt shopping list
- Some black pepper shopping list
- Some curry shopping list
- 2 small garlic pieces (chopped) shopping list
- 2 small spoons of Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 3 big spoons of soy sauce shopping list
- 2 big spoons of seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 lemon juice shopping list
- 2 triangle cheese (or 2 spoons of yellow creme cheese) shopping list
- 1 cube of maggi chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup of cashews shopping list
How to make it
- 1- You need to boil the pasta with some butter and salt. Once done wash with cold water so they don't stick together
- 2- Cut the chicken into semi-thick slices and soak in 2 spoons soy sauce, 1 spoon seasoning, the lemon juice, garlic, and some salt, curry, & black pepper. Fridge until you're done with the veggies
- 3- Cut all vegetables into thin slices and fry in a combination of butter and oil. Try to put in the ones that need more time to be cooked (onions, carrot, ..., mushrooms). And do not over cook, once they are a half cooked remove and put aside
- 4- Use the same pan (preferably a good wok pan) to fry the chicken in butter and oil as well with its sauce
- 5- Once the chicken looks brownish enough, add the vegetables. and remaining of the soy, seasoning, and Tabasco
- 6- Boil some water (as little as 1/6 of a cup) then add the stock cube to melt it. Then add this and the cheese to the mix above while on still on fire. Do not over cook (not more than 10 mins)
- 7- You can mix all with the pasta and cashews, or leave in different plates for people to mix.
