Ingredients
  • 200 gms curled pasta (or any type you like)
  • Two boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 medium sized sweet green pepper (you can add colored peppers as well)
  • 1 carrot
  • Some Broccoli
  • Some mushrooms
  • Some asparagus (and any other veggies you like in Chinese)
  • Some Butter
  • Some Frying Oil
  • Some Salt
  • Some Black Pepper
  • Some Curry
  • 2 small garlic pieces (chopped)
  • 2 small spoons of Tabasco sauce
  • 3 big spoons of soy sauce
  • 2 big spoons of seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 triangle cheese (or 2 spoons of yellow creme cheese)
  • 1 cube of maggi chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup of cashews

Directions
  1. 1- You need to boil the pasta with some butter and salt. Once done wash with cold water so they don't stick together
  2. 2- Cut the chicken into semi-thick slices and soak in 2 spoons soy sauce, 1 spoon seasoning, the lemon juice, garlic, and some salt, curry, & black pepper. Fridge until you're done with the veggies
  3. 3- Cut all vegetables into thin slices and fry in a combination of butter and oil. Try to put in the ones that need more time to be cooked (onions, carrot, ..., mushrooms). And do not over cook, once they are a half cooked remove and put aside
  4. 4- Use the same pan (preferably a good wok pan) to fry the chicken in butter and oil as well with its sauce
  5. 5- Once the chicken looks brownish enough, add the vegetables. and remaining of the soy, seasoning, and Tabasco
  6. 6- Boil some water (as little as 1/6 of a cup) then add the stock cube to melt it. Then add this and the cheese to the mix above while on still on fire. Do not over cook (not more than 10 mins)
  7. 7- You can mix all with the pasta and cashews, or leave in different plates for people to mix.
