Fluffy Herbed Breadfruit Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil breadfruit, drain and crush
  • Add beatenegg yolks, margarine, hot pepper, chive and parsley
  • Combine the above and beat by hand or electic beater
  • Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into breadfruit mixture
  • Turn into greased dish - combine the cheese and breadcrumbs
  • and sprinkle on top.

    Wow! I have never had Breadfruit served like this. I only wish I could get my hands on some where I am. Will have to ask freinds in the south if they can ship me some. Thank you so much for sharing. I will be sure to try this when able. I miss breadfruit! Five!
