How to make it

  • Clean dasheen leaves (remove stalk from the leaves and clean)
  • Grate the coconut and extract the milk only
  • Wash and chop ockras, pumpkin, onions, stalks and celery and leaves
  • Place the above ingredients in a pot. Add the coconut milk salt and black pepper to taste. Put t to boil.
  • After pot has started to boil, add the oil, butter, sesoning salt and hot peppe
  • Leave to simmer for 20 - 25 mins
  • Remove the pepper and leave to cool.
  • Place in a blender or swizzle
