Ingredients

6 Turkey or pig fillets

Flour

3-4 Eggs (you can also use buttermilk)

Bread crumbs

Sliced lemons (opt.)

Directions

Cover the fillets in flour, then in eggs, then in the bread crumbs.

Cook in frying pan until golden brown, or about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with the sliced lemons.
