This is really easy. It's served often in Germany and Austria. If you want, you can also have it in a sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 6 Turkey or pig fillets
  • Flour
  • 3-4 Eggs (you can also use buttermilk)
  • Bread crumbs
  • Sliced lemons (opt.)

Directions
  1. Cover the fillets in flour, then in eggs, then in the bread crumbs.
  2. Cook in frying pan until golden brown, or about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with the sliced lemons.
