Pecan Fudge Icing

This is so good, I usually make a little extra to appease my husband (he gets to lick the bowl) until the time passes and we can eat it. It's a nice homey topping for my Clara's Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp milk shopping list
- 1/4 c cocoa shopping list
- 1 lb (3 1/2 - 4 c) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 c chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In medium sauce pan, combine butter, milk and cocoa
- Stir over low heat til butter is melted
- Add sugar and vanilla, stirring til smooth
- Stir in pecans
- Pour over WARM cake
- Cool completely, UNDISTURBED, about 4 hours
