I love this recipe. I make individual tarts as I find it goes further than I flat pie. It's perfect in the summer when fresh fruit is in season, and so light.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie shell, thawed OR individual frozen tart shells, thawed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar (3/4 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon)
  • 1-1/4 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh peach slices
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. If using pie shell, remove from foil container and gently flatten sides onto baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. If using individual tarts, place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, pour half-and-half into medium bowl.
  6. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
  7. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Spread pudding mixture over crust just before serving; top with fruits of your choice.
