Ingredients
  • 4 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) Italian sausage, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT SIGNATURE Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese

Directions
  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large nonstick skillet; drain.
  3. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover. Cook 15 min. or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in dressing.
  5. Toss sausage mixture with pasta.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
