How to make it
- 1. Pour the coconut milk and sago beads into a medium saucepan. cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
- 2. Add the palm sugar and keep cooking for another 2 minutes, still stirring.
- 3. Pour into a bowl and leave in fridge for 20 min.
- *4. if putting mango or persimmons in, chop them lenthways and add them to the sago after it has been in fridge.
