Coconut Sago Recipe
YUM YUM YUM!!! So Refreshing And Good For You, A delicious Malaysian Dessert That Can Be Served With Mango or Persimmons.

Ingredients
  • 100g Sago Beads (from health food stores)
  • 150ml Coconut Milk
  • 3 TBSP Palm Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Mango Or Persimmons (optional)

Directions
  1. 1. Pour the coconut milk and sago beads into a medium saucepan. cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
  2. 2. Add the palm sugar and keep cooking for another 2 minutes, still stirring.
  3. 3. Pour into a bowl and leave in fridge for 20 min.
  4. *4. if putting mango or persimmons in, chop them lenthways and add them to the sago after it has been in fridge.
  5. ENJOY!!!! :-)
