Beef Pasta Bake

- 250g Spiral pasta shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 500g beef mince (ground beef) shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 bacon rashers, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed garlic shopping list
- 300g mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 zucchini, sliced shopping list
- 1 x 420g can tomato soup shopping list
- ¼ cup tomato paste shopping list
- ½ tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350ºF).
- Cook pasta until tender, drain well and put aside.
- Heat oil in pan, add onion, bacon, zucchini, carrot and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add mushrooms and cook a further 2-3 minutes.
- Add mince, cook, stirring until browned. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste and oregano.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta and mix well.
- Spoon into baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
