This is a fairly quick fix, but cheap quick "something different" kind of meal. My family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • small bag frozen tater tots

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and drain.
  2. Place in 2-quart casserole.
  3. Spread soup over beef mixture.
  4. Place single layer of tater tots on top.
  5. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

The cook at my school makes a similar recipe...she just adds a layer of chees to the top.
