Golden Cheesey Soup

a warm tastey soup for a cold day
Ingredients
- butter shopping list
- Chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can of Dice potatoes (Do not drain) shopping list
- 1 can of Early peas (Do not drain) shopping list
- 1 can of carrots (Do not drain) shopping list
- 2 cans of cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1- 8 oz. jar of “Cheeze Whiz” shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a “stock pot” add 2 tablespoons of butter
- and melt over medium heat.
- Sautee’ 1 chopped onion
- Then…
- Add 1 can of Dice Potatoes (Do not drain)
- Add 1 can of Early Peas (Do not drain)
- Add 1 can of carrots (Do not drain)
- Add 2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup
- Add 1 8 oz. jar of “Cheeze Whiz”
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Sprinkle cheese on top and serve hot.
