Birchermesli

- 150g plain yogurt shopping list
- milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup oat flakes shopping list
- honey (according to taste) shopping list
- 2 apples shopping list
- 2 bananas shopping list
- *ground almonds and hazelnuts shopping list
- *strawberries, raspberries, blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Put oat flakes and yogurt in a bowl.
- Wash apples or peel if preferred.
- Grate 1 apple and mix into the bowl.
- Cut the other in pieces, remove core, then add it into the bowl and mix well.
- Add honey according to your own taste.
- Add a bit of milk to prevent the Birchermüesli from being too stiff.
- Chill and serve. Or serve immediately.
- *Variations:
- You may add 2 to 3 tablespoons of ground almonds and/or hazelnuts.
- Take any kind of berries, oranges or other fruits instead of/or in addition to the apples. I normally put in bananas as well. Add a finishing touch using some berries.
