How to make it

  • Marinade chicken with soy sauce, garlic, black pepper(grinded), shopped hilis, and a little bit of salt.
  • just put in enough chilis to add color or otherwise you won't be albe to eat this dish because of spiciness.
  • marinade for 8-12 hours(best to overnight it)
  • alryt, here comes lunch
  • cover marinated chicken legs into flour(be sure to include shilis on it)
  • just cover legs with just enough flour then deep fry it.
  • fry for about 30 minutes in a pan. then serve
  • deliciously HOT!!!
  • best for kids of all ages
