Chilli Drum Sticks

- 3/4 kg chicken legs shopping list
- flour shopping list
- siling labuyo(bird's eye chilis, hot chili, red hot chili) chopped into small pieces shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- garlic chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Marinade chicken with soy sauce, garlic, black pepper(grinded), shopped hilis, and a little bit of salt.
- just put in enough chilis to add color or otherwise you won't be albe to eat this dish because of spiciness.
- marinade for 8-12 hours(best to overnight it)
- alryt, here comes lunch
- cover marinated chicken legs into flour(be sure to include shilis on it)
- just cover legs with just enough flour then deep fry it.
- fry for about 30 minutes in a pan. then serve
- deliciously HOT!!!
- best for kids of all ages
