Lychee Strawberry Sorbet

I originally aimed for just a lychee sorbet, but I had a handful of frozen strawberries in the fridge and decided to use them up. Not only do the strawberries give the sweet juicy lychee a slightly tart kick, but it also gives it a lovely blush pink color
Ingredients
- 2 cans lychees, drained shopping list
- half a can of reserved lychee juice shopping list
- a handful of strawberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sugar shopping list
- juice from half a lime shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
How to make it
- whip the egg white until frothy
- blend the lychees, strawberries, juice, lime juice, and sugar until a puree
- mix the egg white with the puree
- freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions
- enjoy, or freeze if you prefer a more frozen texture
