Just your average everyday fudge recipe

Ingredients
  • 18oz Chocolate Chips
  • 16oz Evaporated Milk
  • pinch Cream of Tartar
  • 4 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 2 tbs. Vanilla

Directions
  1. Add Sugar, Butter, Tartar, and Milk to lg sauce pan
  2. Cook slowly until boiling
  3. Lower heat and cook 7 mins
  4. Meanwhile, add Chocolate Chips and Vanilla to large bowl
  5. Pour finished boiled mix into bowl
  6. Beat until almost thick and glossiness wears off (20-30 min)
  7. Pour into greased foil lines cake pan and chill
