How to make it

  • Add Sugar, Butter, Tartar, and Milk to lg sauce pan
  • Cook slowly until boiling
  • Lower heat and cook 7 mins
  • Meanwhile, add Chocolate Chips and Vanilla to large bowl
  • Pour finished boiled mix into bowl
  • Beat until almost thick and glossiness wears off (20-30 min)
  • Pour into greased foil lines cake pan and chill
