Eleven Layer Salad

- 4 cups chopped lettuce shopping list
- 2-3 cups chopped fresh parsley (reserve 2 tbsp for garnish) shopping list
- 8 hard cooked eggs, diced shopping list
- 2 thin sliced green or red bell peppers shopping list
- 1 10oz package frozen green peas (unthawed) shopping list
- 2 cups shredded carrots shopping list
- 1 6oz can sliced olives shopping list
- 2 cups sliced radishes shopping list
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup diced red onion shopping list
- Green Dressing shopping list
- 2 cups mayonaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp dill weed shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a 5 inch deep bowl or 13 X 9 inch oblong baking pan layer ingredients in listed order.
- In a separate bowl, blend together dressing ingredients and spoon over top of salad, sealing around edges of pan.
- Sprinkle with reserved parsley.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
