Shrimp and Scallop Marinade

I use this marinade for shrimp and scallops but it would probably be good on other types of fish as well.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2-3 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- hot chili oil to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients with a wisk
- Marinate shrimp and scallops for 15-20 min before grilling.
