I use this marinade for shrimp and scallops but it would probably be good on other types of fish as well.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Hot chili oil to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients with a wisk
  2. Marinate shrimp and scallops for 15-20 min before grilling.
