Creamy Mocha Berry Parfait

This luscious dessert combines fresh fruit with a quick to prepare topping that tastes like a creamy spoonful of cheesecake. Truly the best of both worlds.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tablespoon brandy extract shopping list
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee, dissolved in shopping list
- 1 tablespoon warm water shopping list
- 1/3 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping shopping list
- 1 (1 ounce) square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet baking chocolate, finely grated, divided shopping list
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, brandy extract and dissolved coffee in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and half of the chocolate.
- Place 1/2 cup berries in each of 2 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining chocolate.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
