Ingredients
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans fat free refried beans
  • 2 cans rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teasppon lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 to 2 cups chicken broth

Directions
  1. Saute' green onions in a soup pot, then just dump everything else in.
  2. Cook until hot.
