Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 lbs. mild sausage

1 med. onion, chopped

2 cans of mushroom soup

1 (15 oz.) can of corn, cream or whole

1 can of ro-tel

4 soup cans of water

1 1/2 lbs. Velvetta cheese, cut into chunks

Directions

Brown meats and chopped onion. Drain. Add soup, corn, tomatoes, and water and mix well. Add cheese. Cook in crork pot on low or on top of stove but be careful because this will burn easy and has to be stirred often.
