How to make it

  • Wash, snap beans
  • Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat
  • Add beans, pesto, salt and pepper
  • Cook 2 min covered
  • Adjust to low heat
  • Add garlic
  • Cover allow to cook 10 min. or until beans are al dente
  • (if you like your beans softer, add half cup chicken stock and cook another 10-15 min.)
