1\2lb ground beef...,1\8tsp chili powder...,1\8tsp cayenne pepper...,3tbsp salsa...,1(15oz)can dark red kidney beans,drained,rinsed....,1(4oz)can diced mild chiles,undrained....,3cups of shredded lettuce....,1medium tomatoe chopped...,11\2cup shredded cheddar cheese...

Directions

heat large non stick skillet over medium heat till hot....,add meat;cook til no longer pink...,add chili powder,red pepper,salsa,beans,&chiles..,cook til thoroughly heated,stirring occaisonly...,in large bowl,combine lettuce,tomatoe;toss.spoon lettuce mixture into 5salad bowls.top each with hot beef mixture...,sprinkle with cheese...,serve with salsa...enjoy!
