How to make it

  • chop all the mushrooms roughly
  • then get a a non-stick pan and put a knob of butter in and some oil
  • after that put the mushrooms in and lightly fry for 1 min
  • then get a medium size pot and put in the milk then the mushrooms
  • let it boil of low heat for a few min
  • now get a cup and put the 3 tablespoons of flour and mix it with the water (better if flour not cornflour)
  • mix the flour and water well and pour into the pot and mix well
  • now put in the oregano and rosemary and keep mixing for around 10 min
  • while the sauce is cooking cook your pasta
  • when the sauce is nearly ready put in the fresh parsley and drain the pasta.
  • then mix the pasta and the white sauce together
  • Last of allserve your white sauce with pasta and enjoy!
