Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayo. made with tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tbls fine chopped pimiento1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp minced chives
  • 2 tbls tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbls. chili sauce
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs

Directions
  1. To the mayonaise add the chopped pimientos,minced chives, ketchup and chili sauce.Fold in cream whip until stiff chill.Add fine chopped eggs before serving.
