How to make it

  • Trim some of fat from meat. Leave a little on for flavor and moisture.
  • Place meat in crockpot, fat side up. Fold edges if necessary to fit.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over top of meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW setting for about 8 hours.
  • Serve gravy with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
