Brisket In A Crock Pot Recipe
This easy recipe cooks itself and is so easy to prepare. It can even be used for "company".

Ingredients
  • 1 briskit or beef roast @ 3 pounds
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions
  1. Trim some of fat from meat. Leave a little on for flavor and moisture.
  2. Place meat in crockpot, fat side up. Fold edges if necessary to fit.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over top of meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW setting for about 8 hours.
  5. Serve gravy with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
