Brisket in a Crock Pot

- 1 briskit or beef roast @ 3 pounds shopping list
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix shopping list
How to make it
- Trim some of fat from meat. Leave a little on for flavor and moisture.
- Place meat in crockpot, fat side up. Fold edges if necessary to fit.
- Spread cranberry sauce over top of meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for about 8 hours.
- Serve gravy with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
