Pea Pie

- pie crust shopping list
- 1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas,drained and pureed shopping list
- 3/4 Cup butter,softened shopping list
- 3 Fresh eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 Cup milk shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 Cup pecans,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Place the pie crust in a 9" pie plate.
- Beat the peas,butter in a bowl.
- Stir in the other 9 ingredients.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Have your oven preheated to 350 degrees
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes(or) until a knife inserted in center comes out clean .
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
