Sweet Rice Cake

It makes u think of the old Korean times when we didnt have food coloring or artificial flavors. Its Delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet rice shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 to 3 cups of water depends on if you have a pressure cooker, u will need a lot more water if u dont have a cooker, the taste also changes. shopping list
- ADD AS MUCH AS U LIKE, U CAN ADD MORE THAN ONLY ONE TYPE! (I would stick to about a handful though) shopping list
- nuts of any sort (peanut, pine, chestnut) shopping list
- dried fruits (raisins, dates, apricots) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add water
- Place in the pressure cooker
- Keep cooking until sticky and no more water is left
- If its not to its stickiest without being burnt cook it one more time.
