Green Dragon Psyblast Smoothie

- 1/2 Cup White tea shopping list
- Handful of mesclun Greens shopping list
- 4 bok choy Leaves shopping list
- 4 Dandelion Greens shopping list
- Handful grapes shopping list
- 1 orange shopping list
- 1/2 lemon wedge shopping list
- ginger shopping list
- Flaxseed oil Gelcap shopping list
- ORME Probiotic shopping list
How to make it
- Layer the bottom of blender carafe with the leafy greens, Start with the thickest BokChoy, then the Mesclun (A.K.A. Mixed Greens), and then the Dandelion Green leaves. This ensures the greens are deconstructed down to a level that our bodies teeth and bile would never be capable of)
- Peel a whole orange and leave a small amount of skin (a 1" strip) just for additional orange zest flavor.
- Add 1 hearty handful of grapes, leave the stems.
- Add 1/2 of a lemon wedge, remove the bitter white pith middle but keep the Lemon segment and Lemon Skin and seed.
- Add 2 long cut slivers of ginger and removing ginger bark by scraping sides of ginger with a spoon before cutting into strips.
- Pierce Flaxseed Oil gelcap with a pin, or cut in half while holding over blender carafe (careful though, oil is packed under pressure and will squirt)
- Squirt 1 dropper worth of real Orme Probiotic
- Pour entire 1/2 Cup of Cold White Tea into Blender (You can brew cold tea by leaving 5 individual tea bags in a pitcher of water overnight)
- Press the "Whole Juice" button on your BlendTec blender (available at Costco). Or set your other blender on Liquify for 50 seconds.
- Add 3 ice cubes, pulse 6 times, this is just to make sure your drinking a properly chilled juice smoothie (and not a warm one).
- Drink within 15 minutes while green cellwall structures haven't fully decomposed and can still pass their phytonutrients on to you.
