- 2-1/4 Pounds unripe Ume plums(harvested in May/June in Japan) shopping list
- 2 Pounds Rock sugar shopping list
- 7-1/2 Cups Shochu (clear distilled spirit which contains 35% alcohol) shopping list
- Wash ume plums and gently remove the black stems. shopping list
- Dry with towel. shopping list
- Place the ume plums in a large sterilized glass jar. shopping list
- Place rock sugar over the ume plums. shopping list
- Pour Shochu over ume plums. shopping list
- Seal jar,and store in a dark,cool,and dry place. shopping list
- It's best to let it mature at least one year. shopping list
How to make it
