Grilled Steel Head Trout With Sweet Basil Relish

- 4 (8 once) fresh Steal Head trout or salmon shopping list
- 4 teaspoons salmon & seafood seasoning shopping list
- olive oil cooking spray shopping list
- salsa shopping list
- 1 shallot diced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper diced shopping list
- 1 green onion diced shopping list
- 1 habanero pepper diced shopping list
- 1/4 red onion diced shopping list
- 1 green tomatoe diced shopping list
- 1 Large Tomato diced shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh basil chopped shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix every thing together for the SALSA and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours
- Clean fish in cold water, pat dry with paper towels. Season fish on each side, wrap in foil and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Fire up your grill, using real wo.od charcoals and pecan wood for a sweeter flavor.
- Place fish in grill basket coated with cooking spray, directly over hot coals, grill fish 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and wrap in foil-paper 2 minutes to rest.
