  • 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate,melted
  • 1-1/2 c (1%) low-fat milk
  • 1 pkg (1oz.) instant sugar-free ,fat-free white -chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 c thawed reduced-fat frozen whipped topping
  • Toasted coconut and chocolate-dipped almonds,optional

Directions
  1. Transfer melted chocolate to small plastic fooe storage bag;snip small hole in one corner. Decoratively pipe chocolate onto insides of 4 (6oz each) glass seving dishes.
  2. Refrigerate till chocolate has set,about 5 mins.
  3. Meanwhile,in large bowl,whisk together milk,dry pudding mix and extract till thick and smooth,1-2 mins. Fold in whipped topping;divide among prepared dishes.
  4. Refrigerat till well chilled and st,about 1 hr. If desired,serve sprinkled with coconut and almonds.
