Szechuan Hot Wings

- 3 lbs chicken wing sections (fresh or frozen) shopping list
- 3 tblsp dark soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp chili bean paste (toban djan) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- hot sauce (optional) shopping list
- 2 tsp peanut oil shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place wing sections flat on a baking sheet
- Cook for 35 minutes, turning once or until juices from wings run clear
- In a large wok or non-stick sautee pan, on medium heat, combine soy sauce, bean paste, garlic (hot sauce if used) and oil.
- Add wings to pan and toss until coated with mixture.
- Sprinkle finished wings with sesame seeds and serve warm.
