How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Prepare chocolate cookie crumbs with 3 tblsp melted butter press in botton of dish you are using. bakc in oven on 200 for 5-10 minutes to make sure it sets. take it out and let stand for 15 minutes then place in freezer while u put the filling together.
  • Turn oven up to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together with mixer in a large bowl. cream cheese,sugar,eggs till creamy and frothy. add in milk mix on low speed for 3 minutes. add in epresso powder and cinnamon together in mixture. fold in hershey kisses. ( cut hershey kisses into pieces if able it will work better)
  • Grate miniture hershey bar in a small bowl and place in freezer till cheese cake is cooled.
  • Take the crust out of the freezer let stand in room temperature for 5 minutes place the filling into crust place in over for 25-30 minutes till took pick comes out with very little filling. pull cake out of the oven let stand for 20 minutes then place in fridge for 15 then u r ready to serve center will still be warm but I found that it tastes like your drinking an espresso instead of eating a cake while center is warm. good cooled all the way through also. sprinkle the grated chocolate over top of the cake for garnish. cut, serve and enojy.
