ROASTED PEANUT CARMEL TART

- For the tart shopping list
- I refrig pie crust pressed into a 10 x 4 in tart pan with a removeable bottom shopping list
- For the filling shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tlsp of white sugar shopping list
- 3 tlsp of honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream shopping list
- 3 cups of lightly salted honey roasted peanuts shopping list
- preheat oven at 350 shopping list
How to make it
- Combined the first 4 ingredients, in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer ,
- Stirring over med heat for about 4 mins – or until candy thermometer reads 240 or 245
- Remove from heat and add cream, stir to blend , then add the nuts and blend toughly and coat well
- Pour into the tart pan and spread evenly – bake at 350 for 15 to 25 mins or until crust is brown – let cool completely
