Searching For Cream Cheese Mousse Filling Recipe

    Hello all! I've looked high and low for a recipe for cream cheese or cheesecake mousse cake filling. I'm trying to replicate my wedding cake for our 1-year anniversary, which was lemon cake with cream cheese mousse, which was infused with raspberry puree. It was fantastic, tasted like a lemon-raspberry cheesecake. Does anyone have a recipe? Thanks!
