It's Not Easy To Cook For One

  It isn't easy to cook for one.My sister and I trys to find things for only one person.

  I use to think the same way right after I became a widow, but since I couldn't seem to get it in my thick skull that there was only me, I would cook for two and either freeze what was left or just wrap it up and stick it in the fridge knowing I would most likely finish it in a couple of days, What I found really difficult was when I went grocery shopping, I shopped for two for about a year after my husband died. Now, I psyche myself up and just buy what I absolutely need.
