HELP! Cracker Barrel quit making my fav.

  So, I've only recently been turned onto the Cracker Barrel restaurants but have been told by people I meet in my travels that the one in Kingman,Az is the best there is! Once I got my foot in the door, I ordered the chicken,broccoli with chedder "skillet" dinner, you know the one that has the hasbrown casserole and cheese topping? It was the best thing I'd ever eaten! (all right, I'm exaggerating a tad)We've been back several times and I don't even have to have a menu...I'm gettin the skillet. However, the last time we went, they'd taken it off the menu. The waitress informed me it's a "winter" dish.I was so upset, I almost cried! If someone know's what I'm talking about and has a recipe, I'll love ya' forever.

  If you remember the name of the recipe, do a copy cat search through Google or Yahoo or another search engine. You might be able to find it that way.
  (I looked for it but only found a hashbrown recipe without broccoli.)

  I've been busy working and then coming home and more work. The garden is again a jungle full of goodies and the canning season has begun.
  Hubby gave away the ONLY cluster of grapes on the vine this year, or at least what the birds didn't eat. I got ONE grape! Needless to say, he's on my S### list and he knows it.
  I finally got my computer back, after having it reformatted and losing ALL of my files. Believe it or not, I didn't die from not having use of a computer for nearly 3 months....
