    Drink plenty of water
    Eat every three hours
    Eat protein with breakfast and dinner

    this sounds really complicated but it's not.

    My typical day:
    Breakfast:
    Porrige made with water and mashed banana OR 2 poached eggs and dark rye ryvita

    Lunch
    salad with a drizzle of olive oil and roast chicken OR mushroom omelette.

    Dinner:
    Home made curry with boiled brown rice OR paoched fish, roast new baby potatoes and steamed veg

    Supper:
    Hummus on ryvita or rye bread

    I also eat a lot of home made soups.
