  I am a diabetic have been for quite awhile... For many years, I was in denial, but now am trying to shape up, I was diagnosed at 17, my mom took me to the doctor's thinking I had some kind of thyroid deficiency, since then I've gone through alot of 'wrongs' My mom was diabetic, and way back when, they didn't have the technology, or the help they do now, she passed on about 27 yrs ago, my family was dysfunction at its best, and I am here today, because of God, to change the view... I am not meaning to sound all 'goody' and stuff, I just want to make this abetter place for all:) I will be posting as we go along... Thank you eveyone:)!
